Yes. Nichole’s Fine Pastry requires a $200 deposit to hold your date on our production schedule. The deposit will be deducted from your balance due.

Yes. Please contact us here to schedule an appointment for an initial consultation. We appreciate planning this a minimum of two weeks in advance to allow us time to schedule time and prepare tastings.

There is a $50 fee for the consultation. This will be applied to your total balance if you order through us. The consultation includes cake samples, discussion to create a personalized cake, and a cost estimate.

Please prepare yourself for the consultation by collecting images, choosing colors, and identifying your style. These will guide the consultation and assist in meeting your desires within your budget.

Additional consultations may incur fees up to $35 per hour.

The price can vary greatly depending on the style of cake you choose. An average is $6 per person. After that we will make suggestions that will fit within your budget.

Nichole’s Fine Pastry does rent display stands, platters, and cake equipment. A deposit is required for using these. A complete refund will be issued if equipment is returned in good condition within one week of your event.
During your consultation Nichole will work with you to decide what is best for setting up and who should be responsible based on what you order.

During the email process please let Nichole how many guests you are planning to accompany so samples and table size can accommodate.

Cake decorating is an art, not a science. We will do our very best to match your color as closely as possible.

Delivery and set-up may be possible in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Out of town delivery is available on a limited basis. The charge for delivery and set-up is based on distance traveled and complexity of set-up. Nichole will discuss these details during your consultation.

Absolutely not. Each tier of your wedding cake will be baked to order; therefore each tier could certainly be a different flavor.
