This fully furnished apartment is reserved for interns and externs joining us from the Culinary Institute of America. The lease is month-to-month and aligns with your time in Fargo. Located on quiet South 8th Street, it's just a short walk from downtown.

The unit is approximately 475 sq/ft and includes all utilities, free Wi-Fi, electric baseboard heat, an AC unit, and controlled building access. Off-street parking permits are also available.

This is a non-smoking space. Please contact us with any questions—we’re happy to help you feel at home during your stay in Fargo.
