Traditional Scandinavian celebration cake of chewy almond macaroon. The same amount as in the 18 ring but cut in pieces ready for serving. Serves 75 to 100.

  • Please choose the earliest time that you may possibly pick up your pastries so we are certain to have them ready and waiting for you. Once you choose the time you will be given the calendar to choose the day.

    Please allow us a minimum of 48 hours to fulfill your order.

Online orders require at least two days advance notice. If you need your order on the same or next day, please contact us directly at 701.232.6430 as we are able to accommodate a limited number of last minute orders.

* All of our baked goods are prepared as freshly as possible. Please note that if you arrive earlier than your scheduled pick-up time your order may not be ready.

* Limited delivery and shipping  options are available, please contact the store for more information. Online orders are for pick-up between the hours of 10am and 6pm on Tuesday thru Saturday. Nichole’s is located downtown at 13 South Eighth Street just south of Main Avenue.

Your choice of cake filled and frosted with vanilla bean buttercream. Artistically decorated with shades of colored buttercream. Your choice of a silver or gold cross. The top is garnished with swirls of buttercream and French macarons. Opt to include a fondant plaque with a name. This cake requires a minimum of 72 hours notice. Our four layer cakes stand approximately four inches tall.
